Project to research and co-write with Britton McGrath Associates, independent leisure and tourism consultants, and Free Form, a public arts trust, a feasibility study for a site-responsive public art trail on the banks of the Thames between Hammersmith and Barnes bridges in west London.

Dickson Russell's remit was to interview local stakeholders including public and private arts bodies, local council education departments, Thames authorities, conservation and heritage organisations, and to research comparative art trails and sculpture parks in Britain and Europe.
